Workout Of The Day

A) Weighted Plank Hold, 3min Total
B) Teams Of 4: 7rds For Max Reps
1 Round consists of
Team A doing 4 50m Sled Drag while Team B does KB-Swings and Tire Flips for reps.
When Team A is finished, Teams switch stations and
Team B is doing 4 50m Sled Drag now while Team A is doing KB Swings and Tire Flips for reps.

Only one person works at one exercise. One is doing Kettlebell Swings, one is doing Tire Flips. The other members rest. All team members must be dragging the sled once at each round.
